One More Song was originally on an album called songs for no one. It was briefly available on iTunes before Rustic Records quit. Rustic Records, like most indie labels, couldn't make ends meet. The fact that some dude named John Whipple was their best selling artist really couldn't have been a good sign. I know John personally and I can tell you that he wasn't selling shit. This version is more orchestrated and features that Wall of Whipple that I have grown fond of over the years. This is the only song I recorded in Portland and I made a simple video to go along with it just before I left last Spring Whipple - guitar, ukulele, vocals, melodica |

And jesus came from heaven just to sing along he gathered all the preachers and told them they were wrong he united the world everyone got involved the governments got together and the problems were solved because of my new song…
We declared a holiday and everything was free we all went outside and planted a tree we gave up our fear and gave up our rage the jails and the zoos opened every cage because of my new song
And my new song was going to make me a star I was about to sing it to you but a tweaker stole my guitar
