1/2 Organic Caramunich
3 oz. Hugh Baird Chocalate Barely

6 lbs. Briess Malt Extract

tablespoon Irish Moss....

Hops
Bittering:
1 oz Northern Brewers 10.5 Alpha
1 oz Chinook 11.4 Alpha

Boiling:
1 oz. Willamette 4.6 Alpha

Finishing:
1 1/2 oz. Cascade 5.4

Dry Hop
1/2 oz. Cascade
